Brownie Crackles

These are definitely a family favorite.  I can never make enough of them, in fact, I think they are one of the few that every one of my 5 kids likes!  I think they are especially good after they are cooled, or even the next day when the chocolate chips have hardened.
When I say my kids will love me for making them, this is an understatement.  These cookies are just one of those things that make life so much better!
I’m telling you right now, you might want to double the batch.

Ingredients:
1 package any kind fudge brownie mix
1 cup flour
1 egg
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
powdered sugar
Directions:
1.  Combine the mix, flour, egg, water, and oil.  Stir in chocolate chips.
2.  Place a little powdered sugar in a shallow bowl.  Drop dough by the tablespoon into the sugar, and roll to coat.
3.  Place 2″ apart on a greased baking sheet.  Bake @ 350 for 8-10 minutes are until set.  ( I like mine a little more done – maybe 10-12 minutes.)
