THE BEST ROASTED PUMPKIN SEEDS
Ingredients

pumpkin seeds

Worcestershire sauce

Tbs.
butter, melted

salt
Instructions
Scoop out all the seeds from your pumpkin. Put them in a colander and rinse them well under water.
Put seeds into a pot of boiling salted water and boil for about 10 minutes.
Drain the water and spread seeds onto a paper towel and pat dry,
Mix the Worcestershire sauce, butter, and salt in a bowl. Add 2 cups of seeds and stir until all seeds are well coated.
Spread onto cookie sheet and bake 1-2 hours @225°, stirring occasionally. Watch for burning, seeds should be golden and crisp.
