RICK’S FAVORITE CHICKEN
Ingredients

ketchup

water

cup
brown sugar

onion, minced
1/4
cup
white vinegar
Aprox. 5
lbs.
chicken or ribs
I use boneless skinless breasts and cut large onions in half
Instructions
Brown chicken or ribs. Place in a 9X13 pan.
Mix all the rest of the ingredients together then pour over the chicken.
Bake, covered, for 1 hour at 350° to 375°. Or if you are baking potatoes with it, continue baking chicken until the potatoes are cooked through.
