I have whitened my teeth through my dentist for years.  However, recently I decided I would try an at-home whitening kit to see if I could get the same results. This kit allows you to make your own molds, bypassing the dentist and saving hundreds of dollars. And it was really quite easy! What I love is that once your molds are made, you can reorder the gel whenever you need to! Perfect, huh?

And get this!  They offer a desensitizing gel to help alleviate the sensitivity that often accompanies whitening. I didn’t mention it in my video, but it really seemed to help with my own sensitivity issues!
