Our Family Picture
My fun little afternoon project…
I was wandering through my favorite thrift store when I found this $5 gem:
I bought it and took it home for a little makeover. I took out the existing canvas, (…as beautiful as it was…..!) and grabbed some white paint and some glaze that I had on hand.
I had ordered my family picture printed on canvas from right HERE and it turned out beautiful!
The only thing is, I didn’t order it with the 2″ wrap around. Live and learn – it was my first canvas project. I’ll know better next time. So it was kind of hard to stretch it tight to the edges of the canvas frame, but once inside the outside frame, it wasn’t noticeable at all.
Up it went!
I love this photo of our family! Good memories of our trip to the Sequoias in California,
our last vacation together as a family before Sam left to serve a mission.
