HEALTHY STRAWBERRY POPS
I have kind of blown the good diet over the past couple months. Vacation, back surgery, and BMT graduation in Texas. But now I’m back on track so let me introduce you to these healthy Strawberry Pops! Because here’s how I know about them. I was looking for a fresh and yummy dessert or snack last night. I didn’t want anything with sugar, but still wanted something that tasted yummy and satisfied my sweet tooth.
Uhhh…hello smoothie on a stick!
If you want something super sweet that tastes like candy, these are not that. But if you want something naturally sweet, creamy, with the taste of fresh strawberries, these are it!
These healthy strawberry pops literally taste like a smoothie on a stick. Only frozen. I actually really like the texture and icy-ness of the coconut milk.
They are the perfect sugar free snack that won’t hop the kids up. You can feel good knowing they are eating natural ingredients with no dyes, sugars, or chemicals. And they’re just fun because they are on a stick. Now, whenever I need a “sugar fix” in the afternoon I’m not going for the the cookies! I’m grabbing a healthy strawberry pop!
And the fact that it’s strawberry season is an added bonus!
Super easy and versatile! Think of all the smoothie combinations you can come up with! Go make a bunch to have on hand in the freezer this Spring and Summer!

- 1 13.5 oz can coconut milk
- 1 pint fresh strawberries
- 1 medium banana
- 1-2 Tbs organic honey
Ingredients

- Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Pour mixture into molds and let freeze until firm.
