Dad’s Favorite Chicken…
Need a good recipe for Sunday dinner?
I don’t know what the name was of the original recipe, but our family has coined it “Dad’s Favorite Chicken” because Rick can NOT get enough of it!
Maybe you have company coming over. Or a dish for a potluck?
Whatever the occasion may be, this chicken is a good one!
What is it?
Chicken breasts are cut into large portions, pan-seared, then placed in a baking dish and covered with the most delicious sauce! We always 1 1/2 or 2 times the sauce and after we butter and sour cream our potatoes we slather them with the sauce. It’s SO GOOD!!!
I like to serve Dad’s Favorite Chicken with baked potatoes (always!!) green beans or asparagus, and a garden salad. It’s just as good as leftovers! Just a tip: keep every last drop of that sauce.
And please let me know if you make it! I’d love to know what you think!
Thank you so much for being here, I appreciate you stopping by my blog!!
